I had been looking for disneyland...

I had been looking for disneyland Paris for a few weeks as a surprise Christmas present for my children but there was so many to choose from and to be honest some of the prices coming back were ridiculous, then for some reason I was looking at disneylsnd reviews on trust pilot and there were a few for custom holidays uk, I messaged through Facebook for a quote a Thomas messaged me back pretty quickly with a quote which was an amazing price, ive never heard of the company so I must admit I was a bit dubious to book at 1st but did a bit of research and paid my deposit, Thomas is very helpful and polite and nothing is too much trouble, he replies pretty quickly and answers all my silly questions 🤦‍♀️ even when he's having his holiday haircut 😂 we haven't been on the trip yet but up to now I am very pleased with everything and will recommend this company, thank you Thomas 😊

Just came back from a 3-day...

Just came back from a 3-day trip to Disneyland Paris and everything was great. Thomas helped us to save quite a bit on the hotel and park ticket fees.There is a nice small farm at the Campanile hotel and it is situated next to a beautiful lake. Would definitely recommend their service 👍

I recently booked a trip to Disneyland Paris for my children as a Christmas present and had the lovely experience booking with custom holidays. They made everything extremely easy and smooth and I was able to make regular payments to them. The holiday was amazing! The children absolutely loved the hotel that custom holidays recommended and the joy in their little faces at Disneyland was worth every penny!! Thank you custom holidays for helping us make precious memories! Will definitely use them in the future

A complex booking made easy...

A complex booking made easy. One holiday in Thailand split into 3 locations involving 5 flights. All went to plan. Transfers booked separately but easily done without problems. Hotels of a reasonable standard however suggest upgrades across the board. Excellent value.

I just booked a surprise trip to Disneyland Paris for me and my daughter. At first I was nervous about being online, is it trustful or not, but Thomas was very helpful, despiste the short time, he showed me all my options, dealt well in a professional way with my requests and answered all my questions when I wasn’t sure about it. The most important for me was that I didn’t felt any pressure to confirm or to do any payment. I’ve been scammed before so after I got my documents, I searched in the airline website and confirmed the booking, realising that this company is trustful and not a scam. I’m very happy with the service provided. Thank you Thomas. Update: I arrived last night from Disneyland and despite all the rain we had a lovely 3days. Everything went really smoothly with no problems. Our flight with EasyJet, Manchester to CDG, private transfers drivers very friendly, stay at Staycity really nice facilities, good location. If I could rate higher I would! My family & I travelled to Disneyland Paris after having to cancel our initial trip due to the pandemic. Our children are 6 and 3 and very much Disney and theme park fans so we decided to surprise them with a trip to Euro Disney! I stumbled across Custom Holidays UK and contacted with an enquiry outlining what I would like to book. Thomas was very thorough and eager to secure me the best deal and was continually ensuring I was happy with quote and all finer details were correct. Thomas doesn’t know this but he saved us over £800 (we were quoted from Magic breaks initially - thank you Thomas, this was £ to spend / save for next trip!) but set aside from the £ savings, Thomas ensured everything was spot on and made everything stress free for me from tickets to Disneyland and Walt Disney parks to transfers, adding the extra hand luggage to flights etc - he covered it all! We touched bases when we arrived and when we were faced with an issue at airport as we were returning home (flight cancellation - good old easy jet!!) Thomas sorted us out with accommodation for an extra night in Paris, ensured we were all safe and advised us on what to do next… I couldn’t have been better looked after and if it wasn’t for Thomas I would have been pretty stressed out. Nothing was an issue for Thomas and he contacted me before he logged off in the evening and again next day. This to me meant so much. I would highly recommend Custom Holidays UK and rate Thomas alone 5 ⭐️ for his customer service before, during and after our booking. Thanks again Thomas - we made more magical memories with our children! We will defo be in touch again! Joanne & family

Once we’ve been I will update my review but overall it’s been great. UPDATE: Booked our recent holiday through Custom Holidays. I am so pleased that it ran smoothly and without any hiccups. I was a bit nervous about the whole thing but as soon as we reached out transfers to take us to the hotel, I began to relax a bit. We had an epic time and are desperate to go back. I want to thank Thomas and his team for his efforts in helping me to book our holiday. We had such a great deal, it was incredibly cheap!

I booked a holiday for Disneyland for a few days this whole process was¹made easy thanks to Thomas's fantastic customer service and professional service Through out. I will review in greater detail upon our return in summer holidays but up till now the quality has been excellent ? UPDATE: If you are looking for a bargain then look no further than custom holidays!! I booked a few days at Disneyland for my daughter for the summer holidays this was made super easy thanks to Thomas for his outstanding support and customer service he helped me get a fantastic deal and was available for my questions, and responded very quickly.so thank you so much Thomas! the disney parks were beautiful and just as my daughter imagined them to be. she fully injoyed the Disneyland parades and meeting her princess. we also made use of being in paris we visited the effiel Tower and different sights of paris which is a beautiful place, to visit many taxis were easy to come by however the price was always different. intill I download a app called bolt it shows you your fare upfront then you pay on completion of your journey. thank you custom holidays for makeing my daughters holiday easy and stress free. I definitely will be back and booking in the future again.

After seeing an amazing deal to Disneyland Paris what seemed to be untrue, I messaged and started a conversation with Thomas. He went above and beyond to get the best out of the time we have including a free upgrade to a better hotel, an early flight going there and a later flight home so we have an extra 2 days at either side of our visit to Disneyland to see the sights of Paris. This is a gift to our girls for Christmas and with the price of things at the moment we're not going to go ahead with it until Thomas got us this amazing deal! I can't wait for Christmas morning to see there faces. Thankyou so much Thomas. I got quick response from him when I had any questions ( which happened on multiple occasions as this is my first family trip to Paris ) .we are due to go in November.fingers crossed. Well where do I start. I have been communicating with Thomas for 4 days helping me to arrange a holiday for my special birthday. His time and efforts in getting me a dream holiday were outstanding. Seen a post FB for a holiday I had been thinking about for a while, a multi centre in Thailand. Over two days Thomas worked tirelessly to get the perfect holiday. I tasked him with upgrading initial hotels, changing flights and adding another four people to the booking. Thomas fulfilled all these requests without question. I was sceptical at first of this relatively new company, but they and Thomas have acted very professionally and I would have no hesitation in recommending Custom Holidays. UPDATED TO ADD We are now back from an Amazing holiday! Thank you Thomas and Custom Holidays!! When enquiring and after receiving a quote from Thomas I am not going to lie. I was VERY sceptical about booking with him. He was extremely helpful, friendly and customer service was amazing however, being a new company and therefore not ATOL protected, paying by bank transfer/ PayPal did make me question whether it was a legit company and whether I actually would receive our travel documents. I was very weary checked online and called everyone and anyone to ensure if custom holidays was a scam company would I be protected and get my money back. I called my bank, travel insurance, ATOL who confirmed what Thomas had told me about not being able to apply for ATOL licence as they were new company and PayPal. All whilst Thomas was patient and waited and went out of his way to try and reassure me they were a legit company and even booked our hotel and offered to book Disney tickets prior to me sending him a penny! I even contacted the hotel to check that we did have a booking with them and we did. Booking a holiday is expensive and you do hear horror stories of people paying for holidays and there not being a holiday at the end of it. I’m glad Thomas was patient with me and as soon as I sent the money (using PayPal I may add due to buyers protection) I received my travel documents straight away. Even since, the after sale service has been amazing, no matter what question or query I have, or what time it is Thomas is always available to respond and goes out of his way to give me the information I am requesting. I definitely would recommend Thomas and custom holidays to others and would definitely book with them again.
