Can I book with a desposit?

Yes, you can! And it depends on the destination and airline, we recommend you to call our travel experts or send us an email to [email protected] to get more information about how you can secure your holiday with a deposit.

What are the payment methods you use?

Below would be our payment methods:

  • Bank transfer.
  • Credit/Debit card payment.
  • Through a secured link.
  • Manually over the phone.

What travel documents do I need and when will I receive them?

  • For each element of your holiday that you have booked with us e.g. flights, car hire bookings, e-tickets, insurance, hotel vouchers etc. we will issue the relevant documentation.
  • We will send out your documents for hotel & package bookings so that you receive them at least 7 days prior to your departure.
  • Note: Some documents may be sent separately. Please contact us at [email protected] if you have not received your documents 7 days prior to departure.

Where can I find my terminal and airline details of flights?

All the necessary details are visible in the confirmation e-mail including terminal, air carrier, seat number, and time of departure. Still, if you find any problem, please contact us with the reference number of your booking.

Will I need a Visa or Transit Visa for my trip?

What happens if I wish to cancel my travel arrangements?

Please contact our hotline on +44 20 7078 9892 for assistance if you wish to cancel any bookings for flight, accommodation, car hire etc.

Please note that all cancellations involve certain charges to be borne by the traveler. These charges vary according to the nature of the booking and are adjusted against any refund that you receive. You will need your booking reference/s and any other relevant details at the time of cancellation. If you have arranged insurance to cover your travel and your reason for cancellation falls within the terms and conditions of such insurance, it may be possible to reclaim some or all losses incurred through your insurance company.

Can I change or amend by booking?

You may contact our hotline on +44 20 7078 9892 to make an amendment to your flight or hotel booking. All flight or hotel bookings are amended at applicable fees subject to the contract of the fare purchased and consequently not all bookings can be amended. Unfortunately, it is not possible to make amendments to car hire reservations. This is classed as a Cancellation.

How can I transfer my ticket on someone else’s name?

Change of name on a flight ticket is not possible; however, you can cancel that particular ticket and book another one on the respective person’s name which will be issued with the changed names.

How do I have to check in to my flights?

  • For International carries check-in desks generally open at least 2 hours 30 minutes before your scheduled time of departure – see the check-in opening times at your airport. Please arrive at the airport in good time, as in all cases our check-in desks will close 40 minutes before your scheduled departure time. By this time, all customers must have completed the check-in process.
  • For Budget carries You can check in online any time from 14 days up to 5 hours before your departure via the website or mobile app. Please remember to print off your boarding passes or download your mobile boarding passes from the app onto your smartphone.

What do I need to check in at the airport?

Depending on where you are travelling to, you may need different items, but at the Check in desk, a standard check list will ensure your time at the departures is stress free.

  • Passport for all travelers in the party
  • E-ticket reference or printed ticket
  • Hold Baggage and carry-on bags

Can I still use my return ticket if I missed my outbound flight?

Many airlines do not permit tickets to be utilized out of sequence and need them to be utilized in the order they were reserved. If any of the outbound tickets are not utilized, the airline’s booking system would be on its own cancelling the return flight incorporated on the same ticket and you would not be able to travel on this ticket. Consequently, if you are not able to travel on the outbound flight you have reserved, we suggest that you get in touch with us before your departure date so that we could examine the fare rules put by the airline to see if we could cancel this portion of the holiday.

Can I fly if I am pregnant?

Most carriers take pregnant mothers for travel as long as they are fit, with a trouble-free pregnancy and are not over the 34th week of their pregnancy on the arrival flight.
